We are a small family business on the Big Island of Hawaii. All of the products are handcrafted out of our studio. We do strive for quality in all of our products. We will triple-inspect before it leaves for its new home.
WARRANTY
We offer a warranty on the following:
60-days: Totes, Sling bags, Backpacks, Shoulder bags, Hobo bags,
Messenger bags. Any defective products used in the bag (excluding wear and tear) will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge.
14 days: Pouches, wallets, and other accessories. Any defective products used (excluding wear and tear) will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge.
